Company Description: S.A.F.E. (Security, Athletic Facilities & Events) Management is a specifically tailored guest services, security, and crowd management company that specializes in sports facilities, special event management, and 24/7 facility security.

Location : Huntington Place - Detroit, MI

Summary : S.A.F.E. Management is currently seeking full-time and part-time Security Officers for our 24/7 security operation at Huntington Place. Candidates must be enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic individuals who are seeking to work in a fun, team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities : Security Officer duties include, but are not limited to conducting interior and exterior patrols to protect against theft, vandalism, and unwarranted entry. Check-in and security screening of visitors and guests for access into the venue.. Monitor camera systems to be able to respond and report incidents. Specific job duties may vary depending on the exact location and shift.

Qualifications Needed: All candidates must possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and present a professional image. Must be 18 years of age, hold H.S. Diploma/GED, and pass a criminal background check.

Shift Schedule: Security officers are needed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts are broken down by morning shift (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM), afternoon shift (2:45 PM - 11:15 PM), overnight shift (10:45 PM - 7:15 AM). Shifts are 8.5 hours with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Candidates will be required to work evenings and weekends as needed. If hired, a set schedule will be determined.


Requirements

Due to the nature of our business and the demands of the position, below is a list of tasks that may be required of you: stand for long periods of time, walk up and downstairs, work outside in all elements (depending on your position). Hours may vary and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
