Job Description

ABM Specialist

The Sage Groups' Client is seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Account Based Marketing Specialist (3-5 Years of Experience) to join our Construction Account Based Marketing (ABM) team. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your digital marketing and relationship-building skills to help grow account engagement and sales pipeline for their business. You will focus on supporting highly impactful 1:1, 1:few and 1: many ABM programs that generate key contacts, meetings, and drive pipeline influence. Working within an innovative demand generation team, as an ABM Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, organization, and implementation of end-to-end ABM campaigns targeted at different segments of high-value accounts. You will work closely with the rest of the ABM team, sales, customer success, audience marketing, field marketing, product marketing, content, customer marketing, and marketing operations to ensure programs and campaign activities are completed with a high degree of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute campaigns targeted towards the owner's segment. This includes curating 1:few campaigns with the most up-to-date content available, identifying opportunities to market to this segment, and driving innovation in our 1:many campaigns.
  • Manage, execute, and report on targeted campaigns for the owner segment as part of the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, involving email marketing, 1:1 and 1:few webinars, ABM display advertising, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize Salesforce, internal dashboards and other tools to report on ABM success metrics and impact on pipeline.
  • Utilize 6Sense to create, deploy, and report on display campaigns, and engagement from our top target accounts.
  • Utilize Instapage, Folloze, Uberflip, Storyblok, and other tools to create, deploy and report on 1:1 custom account page campaigns
  • Support sales team initiatives to ensure alignment and create a feedback loop between sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Help develop, implement, and document ABM best practices, especially for high-touch 1:1 campaigns.
  • Research and experiment with innovative ABM technology and tactics, bringing creative ideas to light
  • Identify and document opportunities to improve ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA, BS or equivalent degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles, previous ABM or digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of major demand gen channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, display, direct mail, landing pages, and others.
  • Experience creating webinar campaigns and the ability to project manage the entire cycle of a webinar.
  • Experience or familiarity with web and data analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, SFDC Reporting, etc.
  • Experience working with marketing and sales technology systems, such as Marketo, Salesforce, ABM advertising, direct mail platforms and other sales engagement platforms

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work cross-functionally and prioritize in a rapidly evolving environment
