As an Accounting Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Office department supporting financial operations and administrative functions. Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $18.00-23.00/hr. - WEEKLY PAY

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and efficiently
• Assist with collections and follow-up on overdue accounts
• Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel to maintain financial records
• Support bookkeeping and data entry tasks to ensure financial accuracy

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or an accounting related field
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree in accounting preferred
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, MS Outlook, MS Office, and MS Excel
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform data entry and invoicing tasks efficiently
