Accounting Manager – Multifamily / Property Accounting New York City (4 days in-office) We are partnering with a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating affordable housing assets across the U.S. This firm is in an exciting phase of growth—scaling its portfolio, expanding into new markets, and investing heavily in building out its internal infrastructure across accounting, reporting, and operations. The Opportunity This is a high-impact Accounting Manager role focused on property accounting within a growing multifamily portfolio. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in helping scale and professionalize the accounting function. This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from a strong public accounting + real estate background who is looking to step into a more dynamic, ownership-driven environment.
