Job Title: Business Coach Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Are you somebody who is heart-centered and loves talking to people and helping them? If that’s the case, then an accountability business coach position at Profit with Law might be the perfect role for you! At Profit with Law we lead with kindness and compassion and our services are all about the clients and their needs. We’re looking for an accountability business coach who will work with our coaching clients to ensure they stay on track with their goals, take consistent action, and stay motivated as they grow their firms. You’re not expected to be a legal or business expert—but you must be someone who can listen actively, guide conversations, and lovingly challenge clients to meet their commitments. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients 1-1 over Zoom Track client progress toward personal and business goals Help clients clarify priorities, remove roadblocks, and break down complex goals into action steps Hold clients accountable with empathy, honesty, and professionalism Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure alignment on client progress and needs Document updates and notes within CRM/project management systems Identify when a client needs additional support and elevate to the coaching team when necessary Host a monthly group coaching session Ideal Candidate Experience in coaching, mentoring, or professional development (preferably in business, leadership, or personal development) Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills Structured and organized with a strong attention to detail Excellent communicator with the ability to ask powerful, thought-provoking questions Passionate about helping others follow through and succeed Familiarity with law firms, small business operations, or professional services is a plus Comfortable using Zoom, Slack, and CRMs/project tracking tools Why Join Profit with Law?
