We are currently seeking a Business Support Consultant to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT transformation or migration programs (e.g., desktop/cloud migrations, Windows upgrades, infrastructure transitions).
Experience working with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Application teams).
Exposure to phased rollout / wave-based migration planning preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation, exception handling).
Ability to build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and single source of truth models, hand on with JIRA and confluence
Strong analytical skills to identify outdated blockers vs active issues.
Comfortable presenting data-backed insights to stakeholders.
Experience coordinating with business units for user readiness and migration scheduling.
Comfortable handling escalations and follow-ups across departments.
Ability to define and improve operational processes
Familiarity with Azure / Intune / Windows 365 environments.
Experience working in financial services or regulated environments.
Exposure to MFA / identity / security-driven projects.
