About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key partner to the CEO, the Board, and the PE sponsor, owning the financial architecture and capital strategy of the platform. This role is pivotal in preparing the company for a future IPO or strategic exit and will involve leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling. The successful candidate will also be responsible for investor relations, PE board reporting, and managing the capital strategy for the AI-intensive, data-driven product. Building scalable systems to support high-velocity growth, driving margin optimization, and supporting M&A strategy are also key aspects of the position. The ideal candidate for the CFO role at the company will have deep fluency in SaaS metrics, consumer platform economics, and AI infrastructure cost modeling. A proven track record in leading board communications, capital raises, and investor relationships is essential. The CFO should be able to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a high-growth, tech-enabled environment and have experience in building finance teams and systems from early scale through global expansion. While not required, experience with SEC compliance, IPO readiness, or M&A execution in fintech or investing, as well as a background in B2C investing platforms, digital wealth management, or embedded finance, would be advantageous.
