As Director of Health & Wellness, you'll play an essential role in enriching the lives of seniors, creating meaningful connections, and making a difference every single day.
Your role includes overseeing the clinical and care services for our community. You'll lead a team of licensed nurses, care managers, and support staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care and service in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards. Through leadership, communication, and compassion, you will foster a culture of clinical excellence and resident-centered care.
