Summary :

As an eCommerce Systems Specialist, you will serve as the technical backbone of Harbour’s digital commerce operations. This role sits at the intersection of IT, eCommerce, and back-office systems, with a focus on maintaining a reliable, efficient, and well-architected technology stack that supports our luxury customer experience.

You will act as the primary administrator for Shopify, Klaviyo and other eCommerce / marketing tools, ensuring all platforms are optimized, stable, and seamlessly connected to internal systems. While you will not be responsible for the initial heavy-lift development of ERP integrations, you will own the ongoing health, logic, and performance of these integrations.

Working closely with eCommerce, operations, and finance stakeholders, you will be the lead resource responsible for maintaining, auditing, and identifying areas for improvement to keep our ERP (NetSuite) accurately synchronized with our storefront and customer data.

Responsibilities :

• Systems Stewardship: Oversee the daily technical health of Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, managing app integrations and platform configurations.
• Integration Maintenance: Monitor the data flow between Shopify and NetSuite (or similar ERP). Identify sync errors, map new data fields, and ensure order/inventory integrity.
• Collaborative Design: Partner with internal teams or external devs to design improvements for our integration workflows. You will define the "how" and "where" data should move.
• Scripting & Front-End Tweaks: Utilize Liquid, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript to perform theme customizations and automate tasks within the Shopify environment.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier 1/2 support for any "breaks" in the tech stack, diagnosing whether an issue is a script error, an API limitation, or a data mismatch.
• Reporting Development: Support the development, design and validation of reporting & KPIs for the eCommerce portion of the business.

Qualifications :

• Experience: 2–3 years in an IT-focused role, Systems Administration, or Technical eCommerce Operations.
• Core Platforms: Strong proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo is required.
• ERP Familiarity: Experience working within NetSuite or another major ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is heavily preferred.
• Scripting Skills: * Functional knowledge of Liquid and JavaScript.
  • Ability to read and write HTML/CSS.
  • Comfortable working with JSON and understanding REST API structures.
• The "Architect" Mindset: Ability to visualize data flows and logic maps to help design more efficient system connections.
