Position: Equipment Operator
Pay: $16.00-17.00/hour
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (as late as 5pm)
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision
The Lee Group is hiring experienced Equipment Operators for a fast-paced, well-organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA . These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering steady hours and opportunities to grow with a strong, reliable team.

Job Responsibilities of Equipment Operator:
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or restocking
• Operate stand-up forklifts in narrow aisles to move inventory
• Load and unload trailers and trucks safely and efficiently
• Shrink-wrap outbound pallets for shipment
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accuracy
• Perform general warehouse tasks based on daily priorities
Job Qualifications of Equipment Operator:
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience operating stand-up/narrow aisle forklifts
• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable working at elevated heights
• Strong attention to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
• Dependable with a positive, team-first mindset
