Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator specializing in foundation and framing for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and proficient in managing plans and material takeoffs.

Responsibilities

- Analyze blueprints and project documents.
- Perform accurate takeoffs for lumber, concrete, and hardware.
- Prepare material quantities and cost estimates.
- Support bids for new construction and remodeling projects.

Requirements

- Proven estimating experience in foundation and framing (required).
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Experience with both new construction and remodeling.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel to job sites; a reliable vehicle is required (mileage will be reimbursed).
