Global Law Firm hiring a strategic, high-impact event leader who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment ?

Manager, Client Programs & Events to drive innovative, high-profile experiences that strengthen client relationships and support business growth across West Coast offices (Palo Alto & Los Angeles) .

This is a high-visibility role partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver best-in-class programming and measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead execution of premium client events: CLE seminars, webinars, executive dinners, and receptions
• Partner with attorneys & business development teams to align events with strategic growth initiatives
• Own end-to-end event logistics : venue sourcing, vendor management, contracts, and on-site delivery
• Manage budgets & track ROI , using insights to continuously improve programming
• Develop creative, forward-thinking event concepts that elevate the client experience
• Drive post-event analytics & KPI reporting across programs
• Ensure compliance with MCLE standards and internal policies
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in event management xywuqvp within a law firm, professional services, or high-touch client environment
• Strong expertise in large-scale event planning, logistics, and vendor management
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Experience with budget oversight, data tracking, and ROI analysis
• High level of discretion and professionalism
