Events Manager

Location: Irvine, CA Shift: 8-5

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $[80,000-110,000] per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Events Manager (Bilingual Korean Preferred)

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Events Manager to lead experiential marketing initiatives. This role will define event strategy, manage execution, and deliver measurable business impact across consumer and trade events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead event strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
• Plan and execute events end-to-end, including concept, logistics, vendor management, and on-site delivery
• Establish KPIs and measure ROI across brand impact, engagement, and sales outcomes
• Design engaging, immersive experiences that drive consumer interaction and brand storytelling
• Manage large-scale events, including performances and activations
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or brand marketing
• Proven ability to lead both strategy and execution of events
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing large-scale events and complex logistics
• Background in consumer-facing industries preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean strongly preferred
