Full-time Forklift Operators are an essential part of our team. As a 1st shift team-member you will be responsible for moving materials throughout the warehouse to support Operation goals. You are a Jay Group team member from day 1. This is a direct hire permanent position.

Schedule: 1st shift Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Job Duties:

1. Unloads materials out of vehicles/trailers using equipment.
2. Operates equipment including, but not limited to: Tow motors, Reach trucks, Cherry/Order Pickers, and Turret trucks to move material from pallets, trays, racks or shelves.
3. Loads vehicles/trailers by installing strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
4. Forklift Operator will update WMS accurately on equipment and will use RF scanning equipment.
5. Responsible for the safe operation of all equipment, including attending training, following prescribed safety regulations and maintaining appropriate safety inspection logs.
6. Overtime will be required during peaking season November-December in this position.

• At least 6 months experience operating high reach equipment.
• Applicants will be required to pass an assessment on high reach equipment prior to job offer.
