Graphic Designer (Hybrid | Miami (Brickell), FL)

Full-time | Marketing & Communications

Salary: $60,000 - 68,000

I’m partnering with a global organization in Miami that’s looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their growing Marketing & Communications team. If you enjoy collaborating, juggling a mix of digital and print projects, and making an impact through visually engaging work, this could be a great fit. Must have a clean, corporate aesthetic reflected throughout portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Create eye‑catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other marketing needs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into clean, on‑brand visuals.
• Produce high‑quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Adapt and refine existing assets for international markets and multiple languages.
• Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Stay current with design trends and bring fresh inspiration to the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
• Prepare print‑ready files and collaborate with vendors to ensure quality output.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support cross‑functional teams.

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of professional design experience within a marketing, corporate, or agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work. Must have a clean, corporate aesthetic reflected throughout portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience preparing files for print production.
• Bonus skills: motion graphics, video editing, or basic coding knowledge.
