Internship Program Structure:

• Duration/Schedule: Flexible part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer months.
• Fully onsite Start Date: May 2026

What You'll Focus On:

• Provide employee customer service.
• Perform human resources project work, including assistance with recruitment, benefits administration, research, creating reports, and event planning assistance.
• Assist in conducting new hire orientation.
• Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data updates.
• Maintain employee file accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Document and improve processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Preferred experience: HRIS experience. Customer service experience. Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
