K15 boarding school in Nanchang, Jiangxi is hiring for Aug.

Vacancies:
2 IB Primary school homeroom teachers.

Benifits:
Salary: Kindergarten and primary school part: 20,000-25,000 rmb/m before tax,
Housing : 1,800 rmb/m for housing allowance,
Paid holidays: Winter and summer holidays during contract period are fully paid, 3 days off for Christmas, 1 month paid maternity leave, 2.5 days paid sick leave,
Airfare allowance: no more than 10,000 rmb's reimburcement,
Paid social insurance, provide work visa.
Free 3 meals,
Free tuition for teachers' kids (2 at most).
Class size: no more than 35 students/class,
No more than 25 classes/week ( 40 minutes/class)
Contract period: Sep 1st 2026 to June 30th 2028 (the 2nd summer will be fully paid if renew another 2 years' contract).

Responsibilities
1) Differentiate teaching according to the individual needs of students, including support for Drama learning as needed.
2) Be part of an accreditation committee, which will involve a high level of documentation of unit plans, assessment schemes, and evidence of student learning.
3) Prepare and submit lesson plans and periodic progress reports.
4) Be active in the school community initiatives and participate in after-hour functions, such as promotional events.
5) Administer 1-2 after school clubs.6) Attend parent-teacher meetings and faculty meetings.
7) Be able to work as a team member and respectful to others.

Qualifications
The essential requirements of the school include the following criteria:
1) Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
2) Be qualified and experienced educators with at least two years of teaching experiences in international school program.
3) Be passionate about teaching students and responsive to their individual needs
4) Be committed to teamwork and effective communication with students, colleagues and parents
5) Intent on enhancing own professional skills
6) Accept the differences in school culture between home country and China and be adaptable.
7) Respect for all students, staff, and faculty
8) Be supportive of the school administration
