Monitoring sowie Analyse und Behebung von Incidents* Planung und Durchführung von Updates und Changes nach ITIL-Standards* Mitarbeit an Infrastruktur- und Modernisierungsprojekten* Administration der SDWAN/LAN/WAN-Infrastruktur (Extreme Networks) inkl. Network Access Control* Hauptverantwortung für die zentrale Backup-Lösung (Dell EMC)* Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister**Dein Profil:*** Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation* Erfahrung in der Administration von IT-Infrastrukturen, insbesondere im Netzwerkumfeld sowie im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen* Grundkenntnisse in PowerShell Scripting sind von Vorteil* Erste Kenntnisse im cloudbasierten Umfeld auf Basis MS Azure oder AWS Services sind von Vorteil* Erfahrung mit Backup- und Security-Lösungen (z. B.
