Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Job Description

Join our dynamic team to assist in the mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels in a high-volume production setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently.

• Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics for assembly processes.

• Ensure production goals and quotas are met.

• Engage in soldering and wiring tasks as required.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 12 months of experience in industrial roles such as manufacturing, distribution, or construction.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

• Experience in meeting production goals and quotas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in industrial industry roles is preferred.

• Knowledge of soldering and wiring techniques.

• Familiarity with assembly line processes.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled, large site with shifts available from 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am, including a pay differential for night shifts. The environment is designed for optimal productivity and comfort.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seminole, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr.
