The Opportunity You will serve as the primary support system and "right hand" to leadership, ensuring the core of our office operations remains seamless and efficient. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage diverse administrative functions while providing critical assistance in light accounting and general coordination.
How You Will Make an Impact
Coordinate daily office operations to maintain a highly organized and productive work environment.
Execute general administrative tasks including filing, mailing, and professional documentation management.
Support financial integrity by performing basic bookkeeping tasks, reconciliations, and managing debits and credits.
Act as a reliable backbone for leadership, handling overflow work and prioritizing urgent operational needs.
Implement effective organizational systems to streamline internal workflows and office logistics.
Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy while managing sensitive company records and financial data.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a professional administrative or office support role.
Strong fundamental understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits, credits, and reconciliations.
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High level of proficiency in general office software and digital filing systems.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience supporting executive leadership or acting as a dedicated administrative partner.
Advanced proficiency in bookkeeping software or specialized accounting tools.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve logistical challenges independently.
