Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting sales reports, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.

Position Purpose
This role focuses on the sale of copiers and Hosted PBX phone systems, offering a significant opportunity to build a high-value book of business. The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities, as well as contributing to product development through customer insights.
- Prospect, cold call, and aggressively generate new business within the assigned territory
Consultative Selling
- Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments
- Deliver tailored solution presentations to business owners and C-suite executives
Full-Cycle Sales Ownership
- Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline with accurate forecasting
Revenue Generation
- Develop strategic copier and MPS solutions that drive long-term Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Team Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer success
Performance Excellence
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both hardware and service contracts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience (Office Technology, IT Services, Telecom, or other MRR-based industries preferred)
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong track record of prospecting and quota achievement
- Exceptional cold-calling and outreach skills
- Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior-level decision-makers
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles independently
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the territory
Preferred Experience
- Direct experience in Copier Sales or Managed Print Services (MPS)
- Strong understanding of solution-based selling and recurring revenue models
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
