Patient Care Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person) – SageMED SageMED is a fun, collaborative, and innovative integrative medical center, and we're excited to add a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to our front desk team! This is a 38 -hour/week, in-person position working four days a week. Please do not apply if you are unable to work in person. This is not a remote or hybrid role. Location Requirement: This is an on-site position in Bellevue, WA . Applicants must currently live in Washington State . Out-of-state applicants will not be considered. What You’ll Do: As a medical receptionist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a welcoming experience for our patients. Responsibilities include: Checking patients in and out for appointments Answering phones and responding to messages in a timely, professional manner Scheduling and confirming appointments Collecting payments and verifying insurance details Assisting with intake paperwork and updating patient records Supporting providers and other staff as needed to keep the clinic running efficiently What We’re Looking For: We provide all necessary training — medical experience is not required, but it’s a plus! The ideal candidate is: Kind, compassionate, and people-oriented Able to handle multiple tasks while staying calm and friendly Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility A clear communicator, both in person and over the phone Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Committed to a toxic-free, respectful workplace Ability to take constructive criticism with grace Schedule: Full-time (38 hours/week) All work is in-person at our clinic (no remote/hybrid options) Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday form 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with ability to trade days with coworkers from time to time. Compensation: $24-$29 per hour DOE 6% matching 401k (after 2 years of employment) $500 per month healthcare stipend (you get to choose your own insurance plan) Use of clinic gym after hours
