Out client, and the opportunity, is with an entrepreneurial and busy Founder/Principal. Running multiple businesses, there is a need for a focused, diligent, and high integrity Personal Assistant to support all aspects of the Principal's personal life. Based in New York City, the Principal requires the PA role to be executed on site, and to travel both in tandem and independently when necessary (including internationally). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking long term stability (at least 5-10 years) in their next position.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to an alts investment management Founder, located in the New York City area. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative and personal support to ensure efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining organized records, and supporting clerical tasks as needed. The role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Organization
  • Finance (review of personal credit card statements and payments, ensuring expenses are properly categorized, and organizing, directing, and approving payments)
  • Travel (booking all travel directly with internal and external contacts)
  • Estate Management (P&L generation on properties, oversight of household staff, hiring and firing household staff, and ensuring residences are prepared for Principal arrival)
  • Anticipating needs and mitigating impending issues

  • Familiarity with local restaurants and hotels (knowledge of other major cities globally a plus)
  • Must be able to multitask

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience in a similar Executive and Personal support role. Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Expertise in Calendar Management and coordinating complex schedules
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as organization, record-keeping, and time management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
  • Proactive approach and a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and professional demeanor

Travel

  • Travel will be required as necessary, inlcuding internationally (must hold valid Passport)
