Job Description

Aux Talent is partnering with a Las Vegas-based Professional Services company to find a Personal Assistant to support two Co-Founders. This role is based in Las Vegas and supports the Principals directly, working alongside an Estate Manager and Executive Personal Assistant. It’s a hands-on, high-trust position focused on keeping day-to-day personal logistics running seamlessly — from managing errands and scheduling to supporting travel coordination and guest experiences.

They’re looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who anticipates needs, follows through without reminders, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Discretion and professionalism are key, as you’d be representing the Principals in many interactions.

Typical duties (but are not limited to): Errand Execution & Personal Logistics, Calendar & Scheduling Support, Travel Support, Guest & Communication Coordination and Administrative Support

Requirements: 2+ years of Personal Assistance experience supporting founders, C-level execs, or high-net-worth individuals (bonus if in family office or high-velocity startups), Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, Highly organized with strong time management skills, Proactive — anticipates needs and acts before being asked, High level of discretion and professionalism, Clear and concise verbal and written communication and Proficiency with task management tools (Asana preferred)

Schedule: In office/onsite 5 days/week, Full Time (Available for weekend coverage and flexible hours)

Pay: $80,000-100,000/year (depending on experience) + bonus + comprehensive benefits
