Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including personal and professional commitments
• Coordinate high-touch domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and real-time adjustments
• Oversee day-to-day personal operations, including scheduling, errands, and lifestyle management
• Liaise with vendors, household staff, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of all requests
• Assist with special projects, events, and ad hoc requests with a high level of discretion
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a 24/7 environment
