We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support us in both our professional and personal lives. As two married professionals in our early 30s working in the entertainment industry, our workload fluctuates depending on projects and gigs. This role requires someone adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working closely with us at our home residence in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily errands, organizing, and scheduling.
• Manage calendars using Google Calendar and task tracking with Trello or similar applications.
• Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and trips.
• Provide basic pet care, including cat sitting.
• Water plants and handle minor household tasks.
• Basic daily cleaning and organization of our house
• Assemble furniture and perform light physical labor as needed (nothing intensive).
• Help coordinate and support at events, both locally and while traveling.
• Take on other various tasks as needed to support our day-to-day activities.

Travel & Events:
Our work often involves attending events and occasional travel. We may require your assistance with logistics, planning, and on-site support during these times. A valid passport and the ability to travel are essential for this role.

Flexibility:
Our work is dynamic, which means we can offer some flexibility in your schedule as well. While the role is full-time, the workload will vary between relaxed, part-time-like periods and busier, more intensive times. This makes it ideal for someone who appreciates a balance of structure and adaptability.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role (No exceptions)
• Strong proficiency in Google Calendar, Trello, or similar task management tools.
• Experience with cats and confidence in providing basic pet care.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• A valid passport and ability to travel as needed.
• Completely clean criminal record.
• Two reputable referrals from previous employers or clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.

Comfortable working in a close-knit, dynamic environment.

Starting pay will be determined by experience.
