We are seeking experienced Pipe Welders for Birmingham, AL.  Candidates must be familiar with process piping systems with specific attention to commercial and heavy institutional installations.

Responsibilities

• Experience welding carbon pipe 60/10/7018
• Perform pipe welding on commercial construction projects
• Layout, cut, assemble, and weld piping systems according to project specifications and drawings
• Perform stick welding, MIG welding, and related welding processes as required
• Verify proper fit-up, alignment, and weld integrity throughout the installation process
• Read and interpret blueprints, piping drawings, isometric drawings, and project specifications
• Install and fabricate piping systems while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and field crews to ensure successful project execution
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and jobsite requirements
• Assist with project completion while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standards
