Job Overview We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse to support our Mercy Clinics in South County. The role involves working closely with Providers and managing triage calls and messages for the clinic. After a three‑month on‑site training period, the nurse may transition to a hybrid work‑from‑home schedule. Position Details Position: Part‑time (24 hours/week) Location: Mercy Technical Services, 3637 S Geyer Rd, St. Louis, MO 63127 (supporting surrounding clinics) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00–16:30 (no nights, weekends, or holidays) Training: Must complete three months of on‑site training before switching to a hybrid schedule and be available for monthly clinic meetings. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with healthcare providers to provide nursing support. Manage triage calls and messages for the clinic. Maintain accurate patient records in Epic EMR system. Apply time management and prioritization to ensure timely patient care. Adapt to changing clinical environments and procedures. Preferred Skills Proficiency with Epic EMR system. Strong triage skills and attention to detail. Computer competency – most work is computer‑based. Excellent time management and prioritization. Adaptability in a dynamic environment. LPN Qualifications Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing. Licensure: Active LPN license. Experience: 2–3 years preferred. RN Qualifications Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, or bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), or 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of BSN.
