Proposal Copy Editor Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Contract (6–12 months) Industry: Insurance / Consulting Job Summary The Proposal Copy Editor supports the Request for Proposal (RFP) team by providing expert editorial review and copy editing for complex proposal documents. This role ensures clarity, accuracy, and strict adherence to branding and quality standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver polished, client‑ready submissions. Position Impact This role plays a critical part in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of proposal submissions. By ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all deliverables, the Proposal Copy Editor directly contributes to the success of client‑facing materials and overall business development efforts.
