Perigon Legal Services is a modern, growth-focused law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences in real estate, probate, and estate planning. We combine operational excellence with a high-touch, service-driven approach to create a seamless closing process for clients, agents, and lenders. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Attorney to join our team and grow into a leadership role overseeing multiple offices.

Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney with at least 3 years of experience handling residential real estate closings, with some exposure to commercial transactions. This role will initially focus on managing a high-volume closing practice in our Kennesaw office, with a clear path to leadership and oversight of multiple office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee residential real estate closings from contract to post-closing
• Review title, resolve title issues, and ensure compliance with Georgia real estate laws
• Conduct and supervise closings, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience
• Handle select commercial real estate transactions, including review and coordination
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and referral partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve systems, processes, and client service delivery
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and closing staff
• Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of the firm’s real estate practice

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Georgia
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate closings
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred
• Strong understanding of title, escrow, and closing procedures in Georgia
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in leadership and practice growth
