We have two openings in Santa Ana, Ca and in Irvine, Ca. This role is crucial for ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment at the front desk and involves various administrative tasks that support the company’s operations. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner. Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies. Provide general information to inquiries and support staff as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly and professional demeanor. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
