Overview

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support high‑demand roles while partnering closely with clients and candidates. This is a fast‑paced, agency recruiting role that blends high‑volume execution with relationship‑building, account support, and operational ownership.

You’ll be responsible for moving candidates quickly through the hiring process, supporting them throughout their assignments, and ensuring clients receive reliable, high‑quality talent when they need it most.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and place talent using job boards, ATS/CRM systems, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Manage multiple active job openings and candidate pipelines concurrently
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for immediate hiring needs in a high‑volume environment
• Build and maintain a strong “ready‑now” bench of qualified candidates
• Match candidates to client, school, or district requirements with accuracy and urgency
• Drive speed‑to‑submit and consistently meet weekly recruiting goals and KPIs
• Support candidates throughout their assignments by conducting regular check‑ins, providing feedback, and helping them succeed
• Partner closely with onboarding, payroll, and credentialing teams to ensure smooth and on‑time starts
• Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in internal systems
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and a clear understanding of workforce needs
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to skill‑market top talent and identify opportunities to better support clients
• Assist with operational tasks such as timekeeping, payroll support, and compliance as needed
