Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled 2nd Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities: Act as one of our dental assistants and the Ambassador of our practice with a "Ritz Carlton Style" attitude and customer service.. Assist in all facets of general/surgical/implant dental assisting. Order supplies, restock operatories, and Manage lab/supply bill manage inventory. Support front office/admin with hygiene recare, insurance verification, and benefit breakdowns. Maintain detailed communication with the Dr. using daily task lists. Be adaptable and assist the team to ensure excellent patient care. Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with Radiology and Nitrous Certifications. Self-motivated and organized with a detail-oriented, patient-pleasing attitude. Proficient in both front and back office protocols, including Dentrix functions. Strong leadership skills are a plus. 3 years of experience in dental assisting. Benefits: Competitive pay ($18.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience) with exciting bonuses. 30-32 patient hours per week, 5 days per week (Mon-Thurs, Fri admin day, and one half Saturday per month).
