Recruiter Or Business Development Representative

SEP, a boutique staffing firm located in the heart of Boston, is hiring for a full-time Recruiter or Business Development Representative to join their growing team. This is a "full desk" position in which the incumbent will be expected to generate new business through cold and warm outreach, foster and maintain client relationships, and headhunt high caliber candidates. Responsibilities:

• Source new clients and business, evaluate talent, and provide consultative staffing services
• Negotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently
• Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients
• Research and adopt best practices that are up to industry standards in aligned with company objectives

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional client facing sales experienceideally in Staffing and Recruitment or B2B Sales
• Strong verbal and written consultative sales skills
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn and navigate new software products and user interfaces
• Ability to thrive in a fast performance driven environment and quickly implement feedback and training from your manager

Bonus skills:

• Proven ability in objection handling on the phone in a sales role
• Experience in sourcing practices, such as direct sourcing, passive candidates searching, networking and application evaluation
• Previous experience in financial or technical recruiting
