Staffing Services Sales Representative

Company: Harmony Plus LLC

Harmony Plus LLC is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Staffing Services Salesperson to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with companies seeking effective human talent solutions, including recruitment, selection, and payroll services.

Compensation
  • Base Annual Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
  • Commissions
  • Performance Bonus for goal achievement
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and contact prospective companies requiring staffing, recruitment, selection, and/or payroll services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing follow-up and personalized service.
  • Prepare and present customized commercial proposals based on client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales agreements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry-related activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience , preferably in staffing services, human resources, outsourcing, or related industries .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market and various industry sectors.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) required.

Responsabilidades
  • Identificar y contactar empresas potenciales que requieran servicios de staffing, reclutamiento, selección y/o nómina.
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes, brindando seguimiento continuo y atención personalizada.
  • Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos comerciales.
  • Cumplir y superar metas mensuales y trimestrales de ventas.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de reclutamiento y operaciones para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Representar a la empresa en ferias, eventos y actividades de networking.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas , idealmente en servicios de staffing, recursos humanos, outsourcing o industrias relacionadas.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Habilidades de negociación, persuasión y orientación al cliente.
  • Conocimiento del mercado local y de diferentes sectores industriales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con enfoque en resultados.
  • Nivel intermedio/avanzado en Microsoft Office y/o herramientas CRM.
  • Bilingüe (Inglés / Español) requerido.
