• Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura
• Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Strong UI/UX design capabilities (building modern, responsive frontends)
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS fundamentals
• Ability to work in a hybrid, pod-based team environment

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps and APIs
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (agile, CI/CD, deployments)
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers and translate business requirements into solutions
• Directly contribute to 's migration from Sales Cloud to Service Cloud
• Build and customize Service Cloud applications (case management, agent consoles, knowledge base, omni-channel routing)
• Design and maintain Lightning Web Components and other UI features
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create consistent, user-friendly interfaces
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems for seamless data flow
• Optimize agent workflows through UI customization and automation
• Develop a universal look and feel across all member-facing applications
