As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations, pricing systems, and billing/payment analytics that directly impact organizational performance and decision-making. Working closely with finance leadership, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, identify process inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement across financial workflows. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance reporting accuracy, optimize systems, and ensure financial integrity at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Maintain and enhance core pricing platforms while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and operational efficiency across financial systems.
  • Analyze billing and payment workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase performance and scalability.
  • Develop and optimize reporting tools and dashboards to monitor financial trends, identify risks, and support proactive decision-making.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis supporting new business initiatives and strategic financial decisions.
  • Investigate and resolve billing and payment issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to align on financial processes and drive improvements.
  • Capture insights from stakeholder discussions and ensure timely execution of follow-ups and deliverables.
  • Continuously evaluate pricing, billing, and payment data to detect trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations and financial analysis.
  • Develop deep expertise in underlying data models, systems, and business processes to ensure analytical accuracy and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, STEM, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, business decision support, or strategy-focused roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with experience handling large datasets and performing advanced financial analysis.
  • Experience working with SQL is required; familiarity with Tableau, R, or Python is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience applying AI tools or automation to improve financial processes or workflows is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with business leaders and technical teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
