Licensing Requirements (Required to Apply) Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licenses in North Carolina (NC) AND South Carolina (SC) Willingness to obtain additional licenses (FL/GA preferred) National Certification (ANP, FNP, or GNP) DEA license + prescriptive authority (controlled substances required) 3+ years of NP experience (no new grads) Fully Remote Nurse Practitioner – After-Hours Care This is a 100% remote, work-from-home role providing after-hours telephonic and telehealth care to residents in senior living and skilled nursing facilities. You’ll serve as a key clinical resource during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays—helping manage acute issues, reduce hospital transfers, and support facility staff in real time. Provide after-hours care via phone & telehealth Manage acute, chronic, and behavioral health concerns Evaluate falls and changes in condition remotely Coordinate care across facilities and providers Document in EMR and follow clinical protocols ⏰ Schedule Options Part-time: 24 hours/week Full-time: 36 hours/week Every other weekend required (12-hour shifts) Holiday coverage required (2 per year) ✅ Qualifications Master’s Degree as a Nurse Practitioner Active NP licenses in NC & SC (required) Experience with adult/geriatric patients Strong clinical judgment & multitasking ability Comfortable with high call volume & independent work #J-18808-Ljbffr
