Wedding Day Coordinator – Venue 1883

Position Overview
Our Wedding Day Coordinators are the go-to person on-site, making sure each event runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is focused on execution, organization, and creating a seamless experience for couples, guests, and vendors.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the venue on the wedding day
• Oversee venue setup including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces
• Ensure tables, linens, chairs, and venue elements are placed correctly
• Coordinate vendor arrivals, setup, and access to the property
• Manage the event timeline and keep everything on track
• Communicate with the couple, wedding party, and vendors throughout the day
• Direct ceremony flow including processional and recessional cues
• Assist with transitions between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
• Troubleshoot any issues quickly and calmly
• Oversee cleanup and ensure venue standards are met at the end of the night
