Short Description: We are looking for a Video Content Producer & Editor (AI-Driven) to own the end-to-end process of transforming raw interview recordings into structured, high-performing video content. In this role, you will analyze transcripts, build production scripts, edit videos, and package content for publishing across platforms. You will also be responsible for optimizing performance by analyzing engagement metrics and continuously improving content based on insights. This position requires a balance between structured execution, analytical thinking, and efficient content production using AI tools. Review transcripts, identify key insights, and build production-ready scripts with clear structure, timestamps, and content flow. Edit videos with a focus on pacing, clarity, and retention, including strong openings, clean transitions, and on-screen text. Create and finalize content packaging elements such as titles, thumbnails, and descriptions aligned with performance goals. Publish and schedule content across platforms like YouTube and Instagram, ensuring consistency and readiness for launch. Track performance metrics such as views, click-through rates, and retention, and apply insights to continuously improve future content. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in video production and editing in a full-time capacity. Proven experience using AI tools to support video workflows, including transcript analysis and editing efficiency. Experience creating content for platforms such as YouTube and short-form video channels. Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Familiarity with tools such as Descript, ChatGPT, Riverside, YouTube Studio, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
