We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all contractor-provided logistics, dock management, property management, and facilities support services for the WHS Facilities Operations and Services Division (FOSD) and the Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB), specifically supporting the Dock Master Office and Property Management functions.

The Warehouse Supervisor has the responsibility to manage all project activities, action items, and general function of the project.

You will:

  • Maintain authority to act for the Contractor on a day-to-day basis and to sign inspection reports and all other correspondence on behalf of the Contractor.
  • Be present at the RDF at all times during the designated shift overseeing all work in progress (from 6 AM to 4 PM).
  • Lead, direct and allocate tasks to ensure satisfactory performance and task completion.
  • Maintain presence and oversight of all logistical services being performed at the RDF.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to sufficiently recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines and to initiate corrective actions.
  • Analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements and provide technical solutions that result in an integrated approach to meet the mission. Respond and provide customer support to customer service requests, receiving packages, screening deliveries, moving furniture, inventorying assets, coordinating moves, reporting discrepancies.
  • Duty location: Reservation Logistics Services Branch (RLSB) Remote Delivery Facility (RDF)

You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ten (10) years of industry experience in facility/logistics support related services, of at least one (1) project of similar complexity, requiring high-volume package management, multi-system accountability, multi-site operations, strict timelines, safety compliance, move support, surplus management, and high-visibility customer service.
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license from a state of the United States
  • Active Material handling equipment (MHE) certified
  • Active OSHA certified
  • Active Forklift certified
  • Obtain and maintain Common access card (CAC)
  • Familiarity with Bear Tracks (package tracking), ITS (vendor and vehicle clearance system), DPAS (DoD asset accountability system), and ESSTS and required forms (DD 1150, DD 1348) for all accountable property, or similar digital solutions is highly preferred.
