Systems Administrator- Yardi
IntePros is looking for a Yardi Systems Administrator to work a hybrid work schedule for our Premier Client located in Denver, CO. This is an exciting role that will be responsible for the administration and support of Yardi software, including environmental security, software upfrades, implementation and enhancements, as well as configuration efforts.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage client's Yardi systems to support Property Management, Accounting, and Asset Management functions. This includes acting as the Administrator/Super User for the software, enabling/disabling users, managing role-permissions, setting up new properties, scheduling reports, etc.
• Establish best practices and efficient workflows.
• Responsible for system administration, including maintenance of user security groups, new user set-up and security management, and general user security.

What are the top three MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?

• Yardi Software experience - Voyager edition is preferred
• Accounting operations experience
• SQL data query and stored procedure proficiency
