About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key executive, working closely with the CEO and the executive team on strategic and financial leadership. This hands-on role is pivotal in shaping the company's financial infrastructure, improving systems, and driving financial strategy, particularly as the company expands across multiple geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for long-range planning, budgeting, and board-level reporting, as well as overseeing all financial operations including close, reporting, cash management, tax, audit, and treasury. Compliance, particularly with ASC 606, and leading initiatives in pricing strategy, margin analysis, and commercial negotiations are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have 10-12+ years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a background that includes a previous CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance executive position. Strong knowledge of GAAP and deep expertise in ASC 606, particularly in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating in a hands-on capacity within a high-growth, scaling environment and be adept at building and maintaining scalable, audit-ready financial controls. The role requires a strategic and operational finance leader who is ready to take on the challenge of shaping the future of a global technology company.
