Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Lead to oversee and guide our field sales team. This role involves driving performance, mentoring associates, and ensuring successful execution of door-to-door sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural leader, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of door-to-door sales associates. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Set daily and weekly goals for the team and monitor progress. Provide hands-on coaching and support in the field. Track and report team performance metrics to management. Resolve customer and team issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, with leadership experience. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work flexible hours and travel within assigned territory up to 75% of time for 1-2 weeks at a time Proficiency in basic reporting tools and CRM systems.
