Job Description

Join Honeywell's Corporate Aviation Team as a Flight Attendant in Phoenix. Honeywell is seeking a polished, safety-focused, and service-driven Flight Attendant to join our corporate flight operations based in Phoenix, Arizona. This isn't your typical cabin role—you'll be the trusted professional responsible for creating a seamless, secure, and truly exceptional experience for our business leaders and guests. If you take pride in anticipating needs, maintaining impeccable safety standards, and elevating every detail from catering to cabin presentation, this is your opportunity to fly with a global technology leader. What You'll Be Doing In this role, you are essential to both safety and passenger experience. You'll work alongside the flight crew to support the safe and efficient operation of every journey. From pre-flight briefings to post-landing cabin resets, your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure every flight reflects Honeywell's commitment to excellence. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Partnering closely with pilots to support all phases of flight, from planning to arrival. Conducting thorough pre‑flight safety checks and delivering clear passenger briefings. Ensuring all safety equipment is onboard, in working order, and ready for immediate use. Instructing passengers on the location and proper use of emergency equipment. Providing calm, capable assistance during any onboard emergency. Maintaining the aircraft cabin, galley, and baggage areas in an orderly, secure, and pristine condition. Stocking provisions, planning menus, catering thoughtfully, and overseeing food preparation and presentation—with a strong emphasis on culinary arts, wine pairing, and first‑class service. What You Bring to the Table We're looking for a flight attendant who combines technical proficiency with genuine warmth. To be considered for this position, you must have: At least three years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within aviation. A minimum of twelve months of experience as a Flight Attendant on the same or larger aircraft type than the one you'll be assigned to at Honeywell. Familiarity with the specific aircraft type to which you'll be assigned. A valid certificate from an approved Flight Attendant training organization, as recognized by Honeywell's Manager of Passenger Services and Vice President of Flight Operations. Strong, working knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures. Proficiency in first aid and emergency response techniques. The ability to pass a company pre‑employment physical examination, including a drug screening. The ability to pass a thorough background investigation conducted by Honeywell Security. We Also Value Candidates Who Have: A bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, or a related field. Prior experience in a corporate or business aviation flight attendant role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service. Why Join Honeywell This is more than a flight attendant position—it's a career with a Fortune 100 company known for innovation, integrity, and taking care of its people. Based in Phoenix, you'll work alongside dedicated aviation professionals in a fast‑paced environment where your contributions are truly valued. Benefits Our comprehensive benefits package includes: Employer‑subsidized Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability coverage. 401(k) with company match. Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts. Employee Assistance Program and Educational Assistance. Parental Leave and generous Paid Time Off (vacation, personal days, sick leave, and parental leave). 12 paid holidays per year. If you're ready to bring your expertise, professionalism, and passion for service to a world‑class corporate flight department, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today to join Honeywell's team in Phoenix. #J-18808-Ljbffr
