WHO WE ARE HIRING: We are looking for a highly motivated licensed cosmetologist or esthetician who is interested in joining our team as a Lash Stylist / Lash Technician.
We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, youll get both intensive, theory-based

A current license in Cosmetology or Esthetics is required. If you love making people feel beautiful, you will love being a Lash Stylist / Lash Technician at The Lash Lounge.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create an excellent, spa-like experience for every guest through the application of our services
- Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products
- Understand and promote products and memberships
- Thoroughly conduct guest consultation prior to service application, and take notes in guest charts for future tracking
- Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment room
- Maintain clean and sterile work environment
- Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked
- Helps at promotional events and performs, when asked, services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: - Active Cosmetology or Esthetician license
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
- Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating guests on products and services offered
- Well organized, detail oriented
- Exhibits sound judgement
