LBS1 Teachers

At LearnWell, we’ve spent over 26 years helping students facing behavioral health challenges continue their education during treatment and successfully return to school. We are seeking LBS1 teachers to support K–12 students in behavioral health facilities within the Streamwood, Elgin and Hoffman Estates area.

In this role, you will work with small classes of 8–15 students, deliver engaging lessons, and provide individualized support to help students complete their district-assigned work. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Active Illinois LBS1 teaching license
• Experience teaching K–12 students
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
