Role--MS Dynamics CRM Architect
Location--Farmington, CT

- Experience directly managing software implementation projects
- Experience in design development customization Implementation Integration and administration of MS Dynamics 365 solutions
- Certified MS Dynamics 365 Professional
- Minimum of 5 full lifecycle D365 CRM implementations Analysis Deployment
- Worked on C Visual Studio SQL Server DAX queries PowerApps Studio PowerBI Desktop and Azure Analysis Services
- Work with the sales and support teams to scope proposed system changes and new uses with an understanding of costs and benefits
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills written and verbal communication skills work well in teams and instill customer confidence
- Expertise in extending Microsoft CRM functionality via building custom addons plugins integration and rich xRM applications development
- Strong customer relationship skills and experience
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Also having done projects on premise cloud support upgrade and Migrations
- Project Scheduling Monitoring Risk analysis and mitigation
- Responsible for all SDLC activities code review mentoring team resource planning and providing
- Designed and developed Microsoft Flow PowerApps and PowerBI reports
- Worked on Office 365 Dynamics 365 and SharePoint APIs
- Experience in integration with CRM adapters KinswaysoftScribe
- Involved in presales RFI preparations RFP preparations and training end users
