Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of one year’s experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced and evolving environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete patient assessments and record mental status changes
• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness/side effects
• Develop and update care plans alongside a multidisciplinary team
• Support and educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment
• Respond promptly and professionally to psychiatric emergencies
